TTI Custom Fabrication and Welding provides a one-year warranty on all products regarding workmanship and defects. All products are tested before shipment and are shipped in a specialty box to avoid shipping damage. When shipping, insurance will also be included. It is the customers responsibility to ensure proper hook-up for proper performance. Please note that our return policy is for failed workmanship and any defects in our units. Our return policy does not cover returns for any other reasons.
After installing your heat exchanger, do not be alarmed if there is water coming out of the unit. THIS IS CONDENSATION. Depending on humidity and the environment, in most instances there will be condensation.
Liability is limited to the value of the unit only as provided by TTI Custom Fabrication and Welding, Inc. If the unit is under warranty, it will either be repaired or replaced following inspection at TTI Custom Fabrication and Welding, Inc. Any consequential or additional liability resulting from the failure of the product is neither implied nor expressed and is not the responsibility of TTI Custom Fabrication and Welding, Inc.
WARRANTY WILL NOT BE HONORED IF:
The purchased unit is improperly installed with a non-effective heating circuit. The 'hot water out' port must point vertically up (12 o'clock position.)
Heat exchanger is used dry - without water in the unit.
The product is tampered with in any way.
The seals are broken.
The water in the unit has frozen.
If returning goods, for a warranty issue, please ensure the following:
Return goods in original shipping crate
Return with a copy of the original invoice
Prepaid shipping to TTI Custom Fabrication and Welding, Inc
IMPORTANT:
Shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Requests for returns of merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. A 20% handling charge will apply on all returns. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be in original manufacturer's packaging and must be in re-sellable condition. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) will be added to all past due accounts. A $30.00 handling fee will be charged on all returned checks. If an account is placed for collection, buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and cost, whether or not suit is brought.
